NBA Rumors: Orlando Magic Targeting Two Young Players This Off-Season

 

The Orlando Magic are assembling one of the most promising young cores in the NBA, led by Paolo Banchero, Jalen Suggs and Franz Wagner among others, and now, it appears they're looking to slowly build the team through free agency as well as the draft.

According to a report, they've now got their eyes firmly set on two solid players that would add to this current roster, in the form of Boston Celtics big man Grant Williams and Toronto Raptors guard Gary Trent Jr.

While the Eastern Conference is getting tougher by the year, the Magic have a great opportunity this off-season to make a push for a playoff spot, as they possess plenty of cap space and the No. 6 pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, so if they can land Trent and Williams along with another talented young prospect, this will definitely be a team to keep an eye on.
