Report: Two More NBA Stars Have Committed To Team USA For FIBA 2023 World Cup
The NBA Finals are in full swing right now, but for the teams not remaining in the playoffs, they may be looking towards the 2023 FIBA World Cup, and with Team USA looking to get yet another gold medal, the team is slowly starting to come together.
Yesterday, the likes of Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges and Anthony Edwards committed to Team USA, and on Monday, another two stars have stepped up to the plate, with both Brandon Ingram and Defensive Player of the Year Jaren Jackson committing to Team USA.
Team USA are reportedly looking to round out their 12-man roster by the end of this month, and now, this is eight fantastic players committed for the World Cup, and if they can add another star or two, this team will be incredibly tough to stop.ESPN Sources: Two Western Conference All-Star forwards -- New Orleans' Brandon Ingram and Memphis' Jaren Jackson Jr., -- are committed to play for Team USA's FIBA World Cup team this summer in the Philippines. USA Basketball plans to finalize a 12-man roster later this month.
