Los Angeles Lakers Coach Calls Out Teams Who Passed On Him
The Los Angeles Lakers have been one of the most active teams in the NBA over the past few seasons as they look to land another NBA Championship under LeBron James' leadership, and perhaps one of the best moves they made was to land Darvin Ham as their Head Coach.
After being a key piece of the Milwaukee Bucks Championship coaching staff, Ham finally made the jump to Head Coach, leading LA to a 43-39 record before ultimately making it to the Western Conference Finals, with confidence they can get the job done in 2023-24.
The Lakers were reportedly not the first team to have a shot at landing him however, with 10 teams passing on him according to Ham, and in his latest message to them, he makes it clear how he feels, stating that those teams "f**ked up royally", and while he's yet to win a title as a Head Coach, it's safe to say those teams could have certainly used him.Darvin Ham says 10 teams passed on him before he landed a job with the Lakers:
