Brooklyn signed F Trendon Watford, who averaged 7.4 points and 3.8 rebounds for Portland last season.

At 6'9", Watford is a solid defender in the frontcourt, and he's a nice playmaker for his size. Per 36 minutes, Watford averaged 14 points, 7.2 rebounds and 4.0 assists. He also shot 39% from three-point range.
Praise continues to come in for the Nets' foresight in signing the former LSU player.
