LA Clippers Sign 2023 Pick To Multi-Year Deal

The Los Angeles Clippers certainly seem to like what dropped into their laps in the second round of the NBA Draft back in June, as they've now signed No. 48 overall pick Jordan Miller to a two-year, two-way contract.

The 6'7" forward helped the Miami Hurricanes to the Final Four earlier this year, and he produced 15.3 points per game, 6.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals, while shooting 55 percent from the field in 37 games with the 'Canes.

He's a more mature prospect, as he completed a five-year college career (his final two at Miami after three years at George Mason). He was originally signed to a one-year two-way deal earlier this month, but it's now been upgraded.

As a small forward/shooting guard, he's shown the ability to score, rebound and pass the ball, as well as being a pest on defense and coming up with more than his share of ball thefts.

He also impressed at the Summer League in Vegas last month, where he put up 6.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.2 steals in five appearances for the Clippers in 26 minutes per game.

The Clippers now have 16 players under contract—15 of them guaranteed.
