Orlando Magic Sign Recent G League MVP
Although he has only 17 NBA games under his belt, his continued dominance of the G League has won Trevelin Queen another shot at an NBA roster, as the Orlando Magic have signed him to a one-year deal, according to Insider Chris Haynes.

Queen won the G League's MVP Award in 2022 after a season in which he averaged 25.3 points, 6.6 rebounds and 5.0 assists along with an incredible 3.4 steals per game and one blocked shot per contest. He followed that up with another dominant year in 2022-23, scoring 22.6 points per game with 6.5 boards, 4.5 assists and 2.1 steals, while averaging 23.7 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 2.3 steals per game in 11 Showcase Cup contests.
He got a seven-game tryout with the Indiana Pacers last season, but only played 10 minutes per night, scoring 3.0 points with 2.4 rebounds.
The 6'6" shooting guard now has a chance with the Magic to try to show he belongs in the league. Queen will likely be competing for the team's third and final two-way roster spot at training camp.
