Orlando Magic Star To Play Interesting Role For Team USA
Team USA may not be the most stacked squad we've ever seen ahead of the upcoming FIBA World Cup, but with so much talent still on the roster, the lineups this team can put together should be quite interesting, with Head Coach Steve Kerr revealing plenty over the weekend.
Firstly, it appears as though Knicks guard Jalen Brunson has become the teams leader, but more interesting is the fact that he has revealed Rookie of the Year Paolo Banchero, who primarily plays power forward in the NBA will play centre for this team.
With the likes of Bobby Portis and Walker Kessler as the only other options, this could turn into a masterstroke with Brunson, Anthony Edwards, Brandon Ingram and Mikal Bridges making up the rest of the starting lineup, and if it works out, this is a team that should no doubt contend for gold.Steve Kerr plans to play Paolo Banchero at center
