Philadelphia 76ers Big Man Undergoes Successful Surgery

 

This summer is turning into quite the eventful one for the Philadelphia 76ers, and with all of the drama surrounding James Harden at this point in time, they sure could use some good news about the rest of their roster.

Montrezl Harrell, veteran 76ers big man suffered an ACL injury recently, and after re-signing with the team in the off-season, they got a piece of solid news recently, as he successfully underwent surgery to deal with the injury. 

The 76ers say Montrezl Harrell had successful surgery to repair the ACL in his right knee. Harrell, who re-signed with Philadelphia this offseason, recently suffered the injury.

Despite this, he will likely miss the entire season before returning as a free agent next summer, and at 29-years of age, there's plenty of time for him to get back into the league and make an impact, but for now, his recovery is off to a great start.
