Danny Green Heads Back To Former Team
Danny Green has won three NBA championships in his career, but one team he's spent time with didn't get to win that elusive ring, and he'll be hoping to help them get to the promised land. Green has signed a one-year contract with the Philadelphia 76ers.

Green was with Philly for two seasons, in 2020-21 and 2021-22, and has a good working relationship not only with the Sixers and Joel Embiid, but also with Philly's new head coach Nick Nurse, with whom Green won a title in 2019 with the Toronto Raptors.
The 36-year-old spent most of last season recovering from an ACL tear, and then played just three games with the Memphis Grizzles before the trade deadline, before finally landing in Cleveland with the Cavaliers for eight more games.
Throughout his 14-year career, Green has been one of the top 3-and-D players in the NBA, playing a key role on three different championship teams, including the San Antonio Spurs (where he spent eight seasons) and the Los Angeles Lakers in 2020, as well as with Toronto.
Green recently hinted that his Raptors ring is the one he cherishes the most, even though it took him three years to get his hands on it.
