NBA Rumors: Yet Another Contender Linked To Star Point Guard Damian Lillard

 

The Damian Lillard trade talks went quiet for a few weeks, but in recent times, the sweepstakes have heated up in a big way, as we've now seen Philadelphia, Toronto and Chicago all linked to the star guard, along with the favourites the Miami Heat.

Now, yet another contender has shown interest in Lillard, with the Milwaukee Bucks reportedly being in contact with the Portland Trail Blazers over a potential trade to pair the superstar guard with two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo.

At this point in time, the Blazers may be fighting to find some leverage in negotiations with the Heat, but the Bucks have some solid assets, and with Giannis hinting at leaving this summer, this may be the blockbuster move that allows them to keep their biggest star.
