Report: James Harden Skips Practice With The Philadelphia 76ers

 

Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden has made it clearly known this summer that he doesn't want to remain with the organization, with the Los Angeles Clippers as his top destination, and now, it appears he may be making a play to force the teams hand.

According to a report from Shams Charania, the former MVP has no showed the Sixers practice today, revealing that he hasn't actually been with the team since Sunday, and now, things could be getting ugly between the two sides. 

James Harden is a no show at Philadelphia 76ers practice today, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Harden has not been present with the team since Sunday.

To this point, the Sixers have shown little desire to move Harden, as the return package hasn't been enough for them, but if Harden continues these antics, there's no reason to keep a distraction like this around, so ultimately, this move from Harden could end up working, but only time will tell.
