Talen Horton-Tucker Has Suitor in Rival Western Conference Team
There was a time—a short time, mind you—when Talen Horton-Tucker seemed almost untouchable (remember when the LA Lakers wouldn't trade him to acquire a tad younger Kyle Lowry a couple of years' back to make a title push?).
Now with the Utah Jazz, THT is hitting the trade rumor mill once again, however, as the Houston Rockets are still interested in adding some talent. They're looking at a few pieces, and according to NBA Insider Jake Fischer, Horton-Tucker is one they've had their eye on.
The Rockets discussed potential deal structures with Utah that would have brought Talen Horton-Tucker to Houston, according to @JakeLFischer.

Fischer says that the Rockets have discussed potential deal structures with the Jazz on a potential THT trade.
Other names that Fischer says the Rockets have interest in include Malcolm Brogdon and Alec Burks. But Portland, who just acquired Brogdon in the Jrue Holiday deal, don't seem inclined to trade Brogdon.
Nevertheless, even after making their deal with Oklahoma City to divest themselves of the unwanted Kevin Porter Jr., the Rockets are still a team to watch on the trade market.
