Isaiah Stewart Gets Decision On His Arrest, & Suspension From NBA
Hot-headed Detroit Pistons center Isaiah Stewart got some good news and some bad news on Thursday. After being booked by police in Phoenix for punching Drew Eubanks in the head last week, he's had his arrest dismissed, but has been hit by the NBA with a suspension.

It's a three-game ban for Stewart after he cold-cocked Eubanks while they were walking in the corridors of the Footprint Center. He was arrested by police immediately after the incident.
But while he faced the wrath of Adam Silver, he won't be punished by the Phoenix legal system, as his misdemeanor assault charge was dismissed by the Phoenix Municipal Court.

Eubanks said the incident happened shortly after he entered the arena and he and Stewart began arguing chest to chest in the bowels of the building. That's when Stewart tossed the punch. Arena security moved in, followed by police, who issued the arrest citation. Eubanks played in the game, none the worse for wear, scoring six points and grabbing eight boards in 18 minutes.
Stewart did not play, and in fact has missed the last eight straight with an ankle sprain. Whenever he returns, he will have to sit out another three contests now thanks to his suspension.
