The Miami Heat have been one of the most prominent teams in the rumor mill recently, with talk about Jimmy Butler's future making the rounds. The team did pull off a trade on Friday, but it wasn't of nearly the same significance.
The Heat are sending backup center Thomas Bryant to the Indiana Pacers.

The Pacers have been in need of a backup center, and they land one in the eight-year NBA veteran. They'll send a swap of a future second-round picks to the Heat in exchange. The deal can become official on Sunday.
According to Ian Begley, Pacers big man James Wiseman had been included in discussions of this potential deal, but no word on what transpired on that front.
