Report: Warriors Could Flip Dennis Schroder In Another Trade
According to insider Shams Charana, the Golden State Warriors will continue to go 'big-game hunting' this season, looking to find another superstar to pair with Steph Curry to give the team another shot at a title while Curry's window is still open.
The trade this weekend for Dennis Schroder, while a solid addition, might wind up being just the start of their trade activity, and the German point guard—though he is immediately the second-leading-scorer on the Dubs—could still get flipped.
REPORT: The Warriors remain “active” in the hunt for a star player and could “aggregate” Dennis Schroder’s contact in a bigger deal.

Per Charania:
This doesn't keep the Warriors outside of the big-game hunting. I'm told they remain active in the hunt for a star player, and they can aggregate Schroder's contract in a bigger move later this season.
The Warriors have made previous attempts since the last trade deadline and through the summer to land superstars such as LeBron James, Jimmy Butler and Laurie Markkanen. We now know that the Lakers won't stand in LeBron's way if he wants to give it a go with Steph (or anybody else), and that the Heat are definitely listening on Butler and Golden State is one of his preferred destinations.
The Dubs will certainly be a team to watch as we approach the Feb. 6th trade deadline, just about seven weeks away now.
