Breaking: Shocking Medical Diagnosis For Damian Lillard, Out Indefinitely
The Milwaukee Bucks will be without superstar Damian Lillard for the indefinite future after he received a shocking diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis (blood clot)—the same ailment that felled Victor Wembanyama earlier this season.

The Bucks have issued a release, stating that "Damian's health is our No. 1 priority....
"Doctors have indicated that his situation is very unlikely to occur again. We are thankful that this was identified and medicated quickly, which helps with the recovery."
Lillard, 34, was averaging 24.9 points per game this season, along with 7.1 assists and 4.7 rebounds, all right around his career averages. Needless to say, the nine-time All-Star will be sorely missed in the Milwaukee lineup.
The Bucks are currently 40-31 for 5th place in the Eastern Conference, one game up on the Detroit Pistons for the 6-seed, and two games back of the Indiana Pacers in 4th. They have 11 games left in the regular season before the playoffs are set to begin on April 19th, after the conclusion of the Play-In games.
